1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service offered by rvip1. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. rvip1 enforces this limit through its KYC verification process and will immediately suspend any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. All funds in such accounts will be returned to the deposit source, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction

rvip1 is an offshore platform primarily serving players who reside in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing rvip1 of your own free will and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. rvip1 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and actively enforced against individual players.

2.3 Mental Capacity

You must be of full legal capacity and not be acting under the supervision of a legal guardian when registering or using rvip1. Persons who have been diagnosed with or self-identified as suffering from problem gambling, and who have applied for self-exclusion either through rvip1 or through any recognised national problem gambling programme, are not eligible to register or hold an active account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on rvip1. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through proxies — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. rvip1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. rvip1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rvip1 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, rvip1 requires all Members to complete KYC verification. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. rvip1 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. rvip1 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of promotional offers.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rvip1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. VIP members with verified accounts benefit from elevated withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your rvip1 account within 3 minutes of confirmed receipt from your bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are targeted for processing within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (WIB). Processing may take longer during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

All funds deposited into your rvip1 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being investigated. rvip1 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.5 Fees

rvip1 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside rvip1's control. Members are advised to check with their payment provider for applicable rates.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spin allocations, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the offer details. For example, a welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Bets placed on sports markets with odds lower than 1.50 (decimal) typically do not contribute toward sports bonus wagering requirements unless the offer specifically states otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rvip1 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using systematic low-risk betting strategies (hedging, arbitrage) specifically to extract bonus value, and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless a different expiry period is specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

rvip1 may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the BRI Liga 1 football season. These seasonal offers carry their own specific terms and are available to eligible Members only during the stated promotional window.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

rvip1 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a wide range of sporting events, with particular coverage of BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF). Markets available include match result (1X2), Asian Handicap (voor bola — a spread-betting format popular with Indonesian bettors), Over/Under goal totals, Both Teams to Score, and multi-leg accumulator bets known locally as mix parlay (combination bets across multiple matches). Timnas Indonesia matches are covered in full across all available competitions.

6.2 Lottery — Togel

rvip1 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), covering daily draws from Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau pools. Draw results are sourced from official pool operators. Wagers placed after the official draw close time will be void. Winning calculations are based on the officially published results only.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by independently certified studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Microgaming. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or physical game equipment operated by live dealers under controlled studio conditions. The Return to Player (RTP) rates for all games are independently audited and published on each game's information page.

6.4 Slots

Slot games available on rvip1 are sourced from licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft (PGSoft), Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Habanero. All slot titles are subject to certified RNG audits. The term slot gacor (high-payout slots, a colloquial Indonesian term for games perceived to be in a "hot" payout streak) is used informally in the market; rvip1 confirms that all slot outcomes are entirely random and independent of prior spins — no slot is programmed to enter or exit a "hot" phase.

6.5 Void Bets

rvip1 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, data feed failures, match postponement or abandonment, evidence of match-fixing, or technical failure of the gaming software. Void bets will have their stake returned to the Member's account.

7 Responsible Gaming

rvip1 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a comprehensive suite of self-management tools available from every Member's account dashboard. These include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits; wager limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rvip1 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating account registration on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing eligibility requirements.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed anomalies for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched-betting strategies specifically targeting rvip1's promotional offers.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age, identity, or place of residence.
• Accessing rvip1 using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rvip1 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rvip1 platform — including but not limited to the rvip1 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of rvip1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rvip1 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of rvip1 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rvip1 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond rvip1's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government-ordered service restrictions.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or results that are attributable to third-party data providers, where rvip1 has acted in good faith on the data received.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decision you make to gamble on the platform, including any resulting financial loss.

In no event shall rvip1's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

11 Privacy & Data

rvip1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. All personal data is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption in transit and by industry-standard security protocols at rest.

rvip1 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rvip1 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through rvip1's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Indonesian players retain all consumer protection rights afforded to them under Indonesian law that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

13 Amendments

rvip1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of rvip1 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
